The Board of Directors

Mr Tai Kok Chuan is our Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and the founder of our Group. As our CEO, he charts the vision of our Group, sets strategic business directions and is responsible for the overall management of the Group. He has accumulated extensive industry knowledge and established wide business contacts in the iron and steel industries over the years.

Mr Wong Fook Choy Sunny is an Independent Director of our Board. He is a practising advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1982. He is currently the Managing Director of Wong Tan & Molly Lim LLC. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee of our Company.

Mr Chan Kok Pun is an Independent Director of our Board. He is currently the Managing Director of Hupomone Capital Partners Singapore Pte. Ltd., a company co-founded by him. He has extensive board and investment experience in a wide range of companies across Asia , having previously served as a member of the senior management team of notable companies. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Mr David Chia Tian Bin is an Independent Director of our Board. He is currently a director of AXIA Equity Pte. Ltd., a firm which provides business and financial advisory services to companies in Singapore and the region. Prior to this and since 1990, he was actively involved in the private equity and venture capital industry in Asia. Mr Chia holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of our Company.

Executive Officers

Donahue Chong Yew Hing is Deputy Managing Director of TTS2003. Previous to his appointment at
TTS2003, he was the Commercial Manager for our trading and distribution division in Singapore and
Malaysia . He joined our Group in 2003 as Sales Engineer and was promoted to the position of
Commercial Manager in 2005. He is responsible for TTS2003 operations, assisting in particular is
focussing on the enhancement of our Group's sales and market growth for current and new
products to existing and new customers.
