• Our exclusive distributorship and representative agreements with major principals

We carry the products of major principals who are widely known and recognised in the steel industry for their quality, reliability and cost effectiveness, including, Metallurgica Gmbh & Co and that of the Heraeus Electro-Nite Group. Our Directors believe that the procurement of distributorship and representative agreements with these principals constitute one of our core strengths. Moreover, we were granted exclusive distributorship or agency rights by all of our principals for their specific products in various Asia Pacific countries.

• Our wide range of products

We supply a wide range of products through our various distributorship and representative agreements with our principals. In addition, we also trade in a wide range of other products thereby enabling us to meet the different needs of our customers.

• Our established relationships with our principals and customers

We have long established relationships with our principals and customers. Many of these relationships, especially with our principals were forged as far back as 1987, when Finessco Industries was first incepted. We have enjoyed good relationships with our principals and customers over the years and we believe that our long established relationships with our principals allows us to establish a network of regular principals thereby ensuring an uninterrupted supply of the products in which we distribute. Our Directors also believe that our long standing good relationships with our customers helps ensure that we maintain a regular supply of orders from these customers.

• Our experienced management team

Our CEO, Mr. KC Tai has more than 18 years of experience in our industry. Such experience coupled with a good knowledge of the industry and its players enable us to maintain a competitive edge. Such knowledge also enables us to expand our business network which is essential for our continued growth and development. In addition, our CEO is supported by our Executive Directors and an experienced management team who have extensive knowledge and experience of our business and the industry.

• Our quality assurance

We place great importance and emphasis on the quality of the products which we manufacture as well as distribute. As such, we enforce stringent quality control checks throughout our work processes to ensure that the products which we distribute or manufacture for sale to our customers meet our standards and are of high quality to the satisfaction of our customers. As an attestment to our emphasis on quality assurance, our subsidiary TTS 2003 has been awarded with ISO9001:2000 certification.

• Our ability to cater to certain niche markets

We undertake the manufacture and production of smaller sized steel rolls of less than 5 tonnes which we supply to the steel rolling mills. The production of such smaller sized rolls is highly labour intensive. However, our TTS 2003 factory is located in a relatively low cost region and we have the necessary machinery to undertake the production of such rolls. We that the labour intensive nature of the production of such smaller sized steel rolls has made us more competitive against international suppliers of this range of steel rolls. Our emphasis on quality, timely delivery and ability to meet the specific needs and requirements of our customers as well as our ability to keep our costs and overheads low has enabled us to compete effectively with the products of smaller companies as well as the higher cost products of larger corporations. This has, in turn, enabled us gain recognition regionally as being cost competitive in respect of these smaller sized rolls.
